Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)
Participation is selective and typically initiated by referral or direct conversation
We partner with EIRs to evaluate promising industrial technologies and explore their potential to become viable, scalable businesses. This pathway combines rigorous technical and market assessment with business model development and commercialization planning.
The Parameters
This is a hands-on, time-bound engagement for people ready to take full ownership of a venture-building opportunity. It is not a standard corporate job, a training course, or a guarantee of automatic progression.
The Outcome
Progression to a Founder or CXO role in an Ashwatta venture depends entirely on the commercial opportunity, execution, and mutual fit. Successful engagements lead to formal leadership roles within our built ventures, accompanied by founder-level equity arrangements discussed during the process.
